Please be informed that the International Office of the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb is closed for the summer break from 24 July to 23 August 2023.

If you have any photos from the time spent in Zagreb and you wish to share them with us, please send them to incoming-mobility@net.efzg.hr.
TRANSCRIPTs OF RECORDS
Please be informed that we started sending your Transcripts of Records. Both you and the home university contacts you entered in the Google from called “Studomat” will receive the copy.
CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of Attendance/Stay: if you have forms that contain start date and end date of mobility on the same document, you don’t need to send those to us, in that case we have them from the beginning of the semester in our records. But you need to let us know what your end date is and send us this information a little bit in advance so that the documents can be signed on time.
If the confirmation of departure is a separate form, please fill it out with the information known to you (your name, surname, home university name and similar) and then send it to us by email.
possible to schedule exams in studomat
Now it is possible to schedule your exams through the Studomat application. We ask you to do it as soon as possible and then to shortly confirm the scheduling in this Google form: https://forms.gle/o2YTDDcDCjdxdYCr7. In the form also please fill out the information about your home university contact to whom we will send your Transcript of Records at the end of mobility.
If you need any help with scheduling or you don’t quite know what is your situation, you can come to our office and we will help you. Or join our Google Meet starting today from 1 pm and tommorow (2nd June) 2 pm. The link to the Google Meet meeting is here: meet.google.com/mpq-yvfv-fkw. We will be available from 10 am to 2 pm (with a short break around noon).
IMPORTANT – you have to schedule the exam dates held only in June and July! The exam dates in August and September are off limits for all exchange students!
IMPORTANT – YOU HAVE TO SCHEDULE ALL YOUR EXAMS IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A GRADE IN THE COURSES YOU PASSED!
IMPORTANT – IF YOU PASSED YOUR COURSES VIA MIDTERMS AND YOUR ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR GRADE, YOU HAVE TO TELL THIS TO YOUR PROFESSORS! NOTIFY THEM IMMEDIATELY!
It is very important that all of you schedule the first exam dates of all your courses. Please check the date when you click on ‘schedule’ because sometimes Studomat puts the second exam date in front of the first one, so it’s easy to make a mistake.

Due to Easter holidays, this Friday (7 April 2023) classes will end at 12 noon.
Classes will resume next week on Tuesday, 11 April 2023.
