Now it is possible to schedule your exams through the Studomat application. We ask you to do it as soon as possible and then to shortly confirm the scheduling in this Google form: https://forms.gle/o2YTDDcDCjdxdYCr7. In the form also please fill out the information about your home university contact to whom we will send your Transcript of Records at the end of mobility.  

 

If you need any help with scheduling or you don’t quite know what is your situation, you can come to our office and we will help you. Or join our Google Meet starting today to 3 pm and tomorrow (29th May) 3 pm. The link to the Google Meet meeting is here: meet.google.com/kmn-xvkn-vxe . We will be available from 10 am to 3 pm (with a short break around noon). 

 

IMPORTANT – you have to schedule the exam dates held only in June and July! The exam dates in August and September are off limits for all exchange students!

IMPORTANT – YOU HAVE TO SCHEDULE ALL YOUR EXAMS IF YOU WISH TO HAVE A GRADE IN THE COURSES YOU PASSED!

IMPORTANT – IF YOU PASSED YOUR COURSES VIA MIDTERMS AND YOUR ARE SATISFIED WITH YOUR GRADE, YOU HAVE TO TELL THIS TO YOUR PROFESSORS! NOTIFY THEM IMMEDIATELY!

 It is very important that all of you schedule the first exam dates of all your courses. Please check the date when you click on ‘schedule’ because sometimes Studomat puts the second exam date in front of the first one, so it’s easy to make a mistake.

LA CHANGES

For Erasmus+ students who have a paper version of LA: there is an empty ERASMUS+ form that you need to fill out and an example of ERASMUS+ form to see how to do it. For Erasmus+ student who have a digital version of LA (OLA): you have to do the changes in your OLA, in the “Changes sections”. If you’ll need help you can come to our office.

For NON-Erasmus+ students: please use the other form, NON-Erasmus+ form, and also look at the example form for you.

All the instructions you need are listed in the example forms, please read them carefully!

Before you fill out the forms, make sure your home university coordinator agrees to the change you plan to make. He/she doesn’t need to sign the form now, you can just ask them by email whether they agree to the change you are planning to make (e.g. “I plan to drop Managerial Accounting and select Commercial Law, is that acceptable?”).

*Those of you who DO NOT need to make any changes to your courses, please inform us via email that you don’t need to do the changes!*

For the changes you will also need the information on this link: https://studentexchange.net.efzg.hr/courses-in-english - here is where you find course codes and number of ECTS credits of each course. If you need some course descriptions, you will also find them on this web page, click on the arrow next to the name of the course and under the short description you will find a link to a more detailed description.

Once you fill out the (paper) forms you need to send them to our address incoming-mobility@net.efzg.hr and we will give it to FEB ECTS Coordinator to sign.

For those of you who have the digital LA (OLA), the responsible person (ECTS coordinator) will sign it in the platform.

Please fill out the forms and send them by Wednesday (06 March) 12 noon or earlier.

Once our ECTS Coordinator signs the paper forms, you will receive the scans, which you will then send to your home university coordinators to sign

To speed up the process of signing your Confirmation/Certificate of Arrival documents, we kindly ask to fill them out before sending them to us.

Filling them out in a digital way is possible even with .pdf documents, there are tools such as “fill & sign” in Adobe. If you haven’t used it before, just google it and you will find the information.

 

Please fill out the following information:

·       your name and surname

·       home university name

·       host university: please put Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb


Please note that every form is different, some of your form will already have the home university name written, some will use other names for the signatory here, in some you should write your personal details such as email, date of birth, etc., but you should be able to recognize where each above-mentioned item goes.

The class schedule for bachelor courses is now available!

You can find it on this link.

When a course has seminars (S) and lectures (L), this means you have to attend both, they both form one course. In the first week of the semester (2 October – 6 October) seminars will not be held. In the first week the lectures will be introductory which means that the professors will explain everything you need to know about the course – attendance is mandatory for all of the courses you want to attend.

Please find the form for the public transport card below, together with an example of how to fill it in. Please read the comments on the example form (the comments are only shown on an laptop/PC, but not on a smartphone.

IMPORTANT: do not glue the photo to the form, just attach it with a paper clip. The photo needs to be a real photo, made on photo paper, not on regular paper, and show your face clearly, as a photo for e.g. an ID card.

The form you can print out and fill out by hand, or fill out digitally, print and sign. If you don’t have anywhere to print it out, we will print it out for you.
